Avdocs has a range of services centered around manual authoring, approval, and management.

Systems of Maintenance

All Class A aircraft, Class B ASEPTA, and Class B aircraft electing the CASA AD/ENG/5 Extended TBO are required to have an approved System of Maintenance. Class B aircraft may aslo elect to have an approved SOM for better compliance and administration. Avdocs can author and approve SOM manuals.

Approved Maintenance Program

All aircraft engaged in CASA Part 42 Airline operations are required to have an approved AMP. CASA usually approve the initial AMP, and if the Operator CAMO has AMP approval can be approved in-house. Avdocs can author AMP manuals ready for the CAMO to present to CASA or approve in-house.

Reliability Program

All aircraft engaged in CASA Part 42 Airline operations are required to have an approved Reliability Program. CASA usually approve the initial Program, and if the Operator CAMO has AMP approval can be approved in-house. Avdocs can author AMP manuals ready for the CAMO to present to CASA or approve in-house.

Minimum Equipment List

All aircraft engaged in CASA Part 42 Airline operations, Class A aircraft, ASEPTA aircraft are required to have an approved MEL. Avdocs can author MEL manuals ready to present to CASA or Delegate for approval.

Maintenance Control Manual

Where CASA or external bodies require a CASA accepted Maintenance Control Manual to document how an AoC Holder controls it's maintenance activities, Avdocs has extensive experience in authoring complex multi entity manuals that deal with multiple types of activities.

Part 42 CAMO Exposition

All aircraft engaged in CASA Part 42 Airline operations are required to have an approved CAMO Exposition. Avdocs can author, amend and manage Exposition Manuals for the CAMO ready to present to CASA for approval.

Part 42 CAMO Forms and Procedures Manual

All aircraft engaged in CASA Part 42 Airline operations are required to have an approved CAMO Forms and Procedures Manual. Avdocs can author, amend and manage Forms and Procedures Manuals for the CAMO ready to present to CASA for approval.

Engineering Procedures Manual

To gain a CAR30 approval for your maintenance business, CASA require an Engineering Procedures Manual in acceptable format to meet regulatory requirements. Avdocs has had extensive experience in authoring and gaining approvals for these manuals - particularly smaller remote businesses.

Compressor Wash Manual

Avdocs specialises in these unique manuals used for training of pilots and engineers in compressor washing the PT6 engine. Complete with pictures and easy to follow steps, the manual is an excellent tool in gaining pilot approvals to complete the compressor wash.

Manual Management

Avdocs provide a management service for clients wanting a "set and forget" manual suite. Authoring and approval gets the suite up and approved, then reviews of ICA, Regulations, Data, MMEL's etc is monitored by our Document Controller and all amendments carried out to keep the organisation current and compliant are carried out.

Training

Avdocs has engaged the services of a Cert 4 Trainer that can deliver training packages to assist delivery of new material into your organisation. Current package being delivered is new RVSM/PBN roll out to MRO's and pilots.

Authoring Process

All manuals enter our internal job process, where each manual passes through various stages of development. Strategy. Basic Set-up. Authoring. Compliance Check. Formatting. Edit Review. Submit to CASA. Amendments. Approval.

Approval Process

Once authored, manuals are either approved by us, or presented to the regulatory authority for approval. Assessment usually requires minor amendments to be carried out before approval is officially granted.

Manual Management

Manuals under management get managed by our in-house Document Controller. Manuals are published on a dedicated password protected web portal for your staff. Regular manual reviews and regulatory changes are monitored, so amendments can be carried out to keep your business compliant.
